The Marketing and Communications Assistant is responsible for the supervision of all marketing and communications strategies for the company. This individual will oversee the implementation of comprehensive marketing campaigns, as the development of strategies and goals will be set by the Marketing management team. The role will undertake all actions to promote Greek Yellow Pages portfolio of services.
They are responsible for building and maintaining relationships with professional networks, ensuring the company’s communication success. The Marketing and Communications Assistant presents design ideas and recommendations to Marketing management team, creates and coordinates multimedia packages. Composes draft speeches and assists with finalizing speeches. Schedules and develops filming scripts and production. Handles public relations, information output, and media requests. They will also implement social media campaigns or advertising efforts for Greek Yellow Pages.

Job Duties :
- Execute an annual strategic marketing and communications plan to span across all communication media (online and offline) and reach appropriate target audiences.
Implement marketing programs, including direct mail, corporate sales, social media marketing, conventions, workshops and webinars, advertisements and other initiatives.
Work with creative staff and all Marketing units to produce collateral in accordance with brand messages.
Develop and produce materials to create a cohesive image and message for all communication vehicles.
Ensure that all materials are developed according to an appropriate timeline.
Collaborate with all company departments to identify internal and external communication needs.
Promote branding initiatives consistent with corporate business goals and objectives.
Communicate and negotiate with promotional partners as needed for joint marketing activities.
Monitor, evaluate, and report on activities; make recommendations based on findings/opportunities.
Evaluate the success of various communication strategies and provide and implement recommendations for improvement.
Oversee the management and maintenance of all communication vehicles.
- University degree in marketing, advertising, sales, communications, journalism, or equivalent.
2 - 3 years of work experience including the handling of communications, original writing and editing and some public relations, in advertising sector preferred.
Excellent understanding and familiarity with brand building
Demonstrated proficiency in internet marketing techniques, technologies, and solutions.
Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills, in Greek and English.
Ability to manage and co-ordinate the end-to-end development process while meeting deadlines and budget requirements.
A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation, conflict resolution.
